By accessing or using this website and booking a short-term rental property, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or make a booking.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by property and will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Refund eligibility depends on the specific cancellation policy associated with each reservation.
5. Use of Property
Guests agree to use the property responsibly and solely for short-term accommodation purposes. Parties, events, or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized.
6. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are specified in the booking details. Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional fees.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. The property must be left in a reasonably clean condition upon departure.
8. House Rules
All guests must comply with house rules provided for each property. Violation of house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
9. Liability
The property owner and website operator are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the stay, except where required by applicable law.
10. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required. It may be withheld in part or in full to cover damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning costs.
11. Third-Party Services
This website may include links or services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance.
12. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the property is located, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Guests will receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before check-in are eligible for a partial refund. Any cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
House Rules
Check-in on or after 3:00 PM

Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8:00 AM.
Trash pick up: Friday’s between 6-8am: Please, take garbage cans to the front of the property by the
street on Thursday night for the trucks to collect them the next day. (If you are not in the property these days it is not required for you to put the trash cans out for collection).
- Don't forget to put the trash out in the big trash cans before you leave, after check-out.

Maximum 2 (*All vehicles associated with the vacation rental shall be parked
within a driveway or parking area located on the premises.)

Laundry room use:
Empty the lint screen after each dryer use.
Please do not leave the dryer on when no one is home.

Kitchen use:
Be sure to turn off the oven and stove after each use.
​
No Smoking:
No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises or inside the villa
​
No events allowed and/or Commercial photography and filming
​
General:
- Close the back door manually each time you leave the house.
- No food in bedrooms: Please do not bring or keep food in the bedrooms.
- Turn off all A/C units and TVs when you check out.
- No smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the villa or anywhere on the property.
- BBQ use: Please clean the BBQ after each use. If left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
- EV charging: Please consult your host before plugging in any electric vehicle. EV charging is not included in the reservation.
- Guest registration: All guests staying at the property must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered or extra guests are not permitted.

Laundry Room:
- Empty the lint screen after every dryer use.
- Do not leave the dryer running unattended.
- You are welcome to use the washer and dryer—please note that use of the machines is at your own responsibility.
Kitchen:
- Always turn off the oven and stove after use.
- Keep the kitchen clean and tidy for everyone’s comfort.
Additional Policies
- No events or parties are allowed on the property.
- No commercial photography or filming without prior host approval.
IF, staying with pets:
-Sofa Protection: Please use the sofa covers provided to help keep furniture free of pet hair. You’ll find them in the closet by the kitchen.
- Furniture Policy: Pets are not allowed on house furniture such as beds, sofas, or rocking chairs.
- Linens & Towels: Please do not allow pets to use house bedding, blankets, or towels.
- Outdoor Etiquette: Always pick up after your pet in the outdoor areas.
- Garden Care: Kindly avoid using the flower garden areas as a pet relief spot.
- When Leaving Pets Alone: Please be cautious when leaving pets unattended. Any damage to the property caused by pets will be the guest’s responsibility.

Check out:
- Please close and lock all windows and doors.
- Please, put the trash and recycling in the big rollout-trash-cans outside.
- Please, make sure all the electronics are turned off (microwave, oven, TV, ACs, etc)
- Please, hang all the used towels up in the bathroom.
